sounds like whats happening to me. but since i cant get a bushing since iron horse is out of buisness, im just gonna ride it till it dies, and then buy a new bike. have no idea of how much it costs though.
i ride an ironhorse to. i know when ironhorse liquadated all its products that they went to some sites. i know if you search around theres a link to a site that sells all the bushing and stuff if you need to replace yours.

Yeah fairbanks has had those jumps since i've been biking at least. I'm pretty sure they used to be better, and the jumps depend on good riders who come and build them up/fix them. Its not built up in the picture.

FatTireFarm and Ride-This are both really good people to deal with. UniversalCycles has good online purchasing.

ah. You can run any regular (3/32 pitch) chainring singlespeed (even with a BMX 1/8 pitch chain). It's only a problem on the rear cog when it's smaller than 16 t.
(just FYI, you can run a regular (9spd) cog with a BMX chian if you sandwich it btw. 2 other cogs. (sketch but it works)
